The preliminary value for the CE Plant Cost Index (CEPCI) for October 2024 (most recent available) rose slightly compared to the previous month's value, after the final September 2024 value was revised downwardly. The small uptick in the October CEPCI was a result of increases in the Equipment, Construction Labor and Buildings subindices.
