I used to have a #4 many many years ago. It had a #9 B&S taper for the arbor. I just made my own arbors,no big deal. To make the tapered arbor fit the taper in the hole,when you have set the compound of your lathe and are getting close to duplicating the taper in the hole,scribe a chalk line down the side of the taper you have cut.
