I wish I could this review negative 100 stars. My son, who is on disability, wanted to tour this mine, so I called Rio Tinto due to the last tour being at 2:30. They stated if we made it to the parking lot by 2:30, we would be fine. We literally pulled up at 2:30 and saw the buses pulling out, so I ran into the office and explained our situation.
